25 days old male child with history of IUGR. Having abdominal distention on starting feeds and having vomitings . Child was passing stools from day one. Sepsis screening and dye study done, s/o passing of dye to rectum. On restarting feeds similar problem persisted. CECT abdomen done, s/o jejunal stenosis. Exploratory laparotomy done, two stenosed segment at mid jejunum and one at terminal ileum , proximal to IC junction found. Double resection and anastomosis done. Post operatively feeds started after 5 days and child was discharged in satisfactory condition.
